About Richard Lutz

Originally from South Jersey, he moved to Central Florida in 2009—and he’s loved every minute of the sunshine, community spirit, and incredible golf courses. Before making the move, he spent 35 years working for a printing company in New Jersey, where he built a reputation for hard work, reliability, and strong customer service.

He’s always been a people person, and his friendly, down-to-earth nature has helped him build a great network here in Florida. When he’s not helping clients, he’s usually out on the golf course, working on cars, reading, or learning something new.

Real estate has been an incredibly fulfilling path for him. He loves helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions and feels privileged to be part of their journey.
